I could not resist taking this shot. This family of Mallards were in a large puddle that appeared in a field near me after some heavy rain. They were not there the day before and they were not there the day after ! A mystery.

Ahhhh.....so they flew the coop, huh? Glad you got a shot of them before they moved on. Perhaps they knew that this puddle wasn't going to last long, thus the puddle jumping.
