Dabbled with the Orton effect on the 'All Aboard' shot. Found the outcome to be interesting and I will try it again in the future on another type of capture. Comments are welcome.
It definitely has a very funny effect on this pic. It took my a while to look at this pic... I like the effect it has, but you do have to see it in the big shot...
Well, you've handled the effect nicely. It's just that I like this effect on flowers and landscapes, things that are soft to begin with. Maybe if this were a sepia tone or something that looked like a thing from the past, I'd enjoy it more. Love that tour bus, though :)
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
The Orton bus...it goes to Ortonville over in Orton's county...stops right in front of Orton's General Store...run by Norton Orton...he lives on Orton Ave. over by Orton High School. He has a brother that deals drugs...they call him "Snortin" Orton...he spends a lot of time in the Ortonville jail doing Orton's Images.
