I researched your gallery and found at least one other pic that was very similar to this...and perhaps it is the same one with a different perspective? Which I am not finding fault with..just curious. I think that the color on the rose is a little over the top as to saturation. Now, I would like you to keep in mind as you read this, that I am not a fan of roses that have gotten this full blown. That's a preference of my own. Many people don't consider a rose to be fully opened up until they look this way. And that's okay too...it's just not my cuppa :) The third thing I noticed, again after going back and forth through your fine gallery, is that the background of filtered black you've presented is not as impressive as at least one of the other backgrounds you have used in the past...my personal favorite being the natural one you used in
Red Dwarf Rose Other than those three things I have mentioned, I actually think this is a strong post and from an artistic sense it's one that can't be ignored. :)PJ

i too looked through your gallery, and I agree that the background in Red Dwarf Rose gives a better contrast and allows for more detail. i do like this though, the red on black is good.
