Whew! You do pick on the difficult ones to capture, at least from a lighting aspect. Not bad. Not bad at all. Lots of mystery and suspense here. Love the vast expanse of water and the dark sandy road. The curve in the road is just right to add some excitement to the composition. Excellent.

Good for you. Shooting into the sun, can create some very dramatic results.
It's also a problem, getting the exposure balanced. I think the composition has more impact, if cropped in from the left, and a bit from the bottom, as well.
A reduction in gamma/midtones will darken the sky , and better show the rays of the sun, over the Atlantic..

I'm surprised this has only a couple of comments....it's not bad in the least! It's visually stimulating and many people attempt lens flares using filters...so this is a natural beauty.
