It kind of looks as if there is a man on a horse fighting against the waves and they both have swords. At least that is what I see, even though it sounds rediculous

I see somebody - maybe several somebodies - struggling to avoid being overcome by spirits or ghosts of some kind. There's a feeling of cold violence to this and creeping horror. It's really got a great atmosphere. And I especially like blue, so it wins on that score, too.
