This is one of the oldest Russian Orthodox Churches in Old Town Kenai, Alaska. Taken yesterday - it was one of the hottest days so far this summer - hit over 80 degrees!

Hard to imagine it being 80 degrees in Alaska, but I've heard tell.....great blue sky and the contrasts in color here are fabulous !! :)

So sharp, clear, vivid, and crisp. As if there were no atmosphere at all to muddy the lines and color. The arched framed entrance and the picket fence a throw back to a simpler time when things need not be so complicated. But yet, bold decisions obviously being honored with that paint theme. lol
