Never recovered from the summer drought, this tangle of trees looked like burnished metal in the last rays of a September sunset.

This is strange and mystical looking. You have caught the colors well. I find the contrast a bit too sharp in the black and white parts, but otherwise this is a fascinating image. :)

Even tho it didn't recover, it certainly has a lot of character Anne-Marie. In the spotlight with extremely nice lighting and composition. Well done.
