very original piece Paul - there is, after all, nothing as precious and marvellous as nature itself.

lol! "Just a saw!" ^_^ Great stuff. Nature is the artist [except for the part of your perfect placement of the subject]. Didn't you edit the background at least? Looks great in any way. ;)

Ok Paul...now you have my "vote" forever ! This image is magnificient! As you know I love the ocean and all the wonderful things in it...so this is just so lovely. It is already on my desktop..and in my Favorites folder!(forever..hehe)...For you to place the two halves like this is so unique..and makes for a very elegant image posting. Nature needs no help..these seashells are the jewels under the sea for us all to enjoy. I think you have just inspired a poem with this creation...Thank you, my friend, for starting my SUnday in such a good way. I really will enjoy this one. IT would make a most beautiful framed photo in reality...I am moving in a month or so, maybe I'll make a copy, frame it and hang it up...thanx agaIn for this beauty Paul...verena

Simplicity at it's finest. Excellent detail. My only suggestion would be to direct your gradient to compliment the lighting of the shot.
