I like this waterfall - besides being a nice image, it is different from the "typical" waterfall image - neither so long exposed that the water is just a white veil, nor so short as in a typical snapshot.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Love your choice of exposure, that frozen water is just fascinating, good divergence from the "stretched water" quality more often chosen.
