I was in the car and I like the scene and since the glass had rain drops on it I thought it would add a nice effect. The trees are also in a color accent of green. I also know that it is blurry, but I liked it like that so I kept it.

Good shot. A little blurry but understandable for the fact that it looks like it was take through a window.. I like the droplets of water though. Keep up the good work and keep posting.

Why do you have to "put your two cents in"... but it's only a "penny for your thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going to?

Good work! It's melancholy but cozy, and the scene outside the window is nicely composed. I hope to see more of your work! Welcome to Caedes!

An imaginative picture for your first post, and a really good idea. I am not sure the view is beautiful enough to make a good desktop, unless you particularly like gas (petrol) stations. There are odd bits that stand out for me. The raindrops on the window are just out of focus but not enough for them to be not to be part of the picture. This is just right in my view. It makes the point obvious and gives what Jake calls the cozy aspect to it. I also like the way the car headlights stand out. I think overall a slightly gloomier aspect to the picture would be better. I think the camera over compensated for the dim weather and has made it too bright which lessens the overall effect, so I would have lowered the exposure in post process. I don't think the hint of green helps and I would have gone for a full B&W in this picture. It has a low CI. I would not let that bother you, some of my best work has CI in the 20's, it is because it is different to the usual type of pictures you get here. Looking at your gallery I think you have the imagination to make a good photographer. Keep posting.
