While walking across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in Washington, my companion spotted two seals in the water. I don't know if the seals were taunting the gulls by bringing up fish and then snapping at the birds or if the birds were stealing the seals' meal. Either way, it was interesting to watch.

And the image is interesting to look at, too! Maybe they are looking for some leftovers! Unique capture!

Very interesting & I'm sure food was involved. It's amazing to see different animal / bird species work or interact together in the wild ... I guess that's why it's called survival. Super wonderful capture, Jeff.

Good one, really like the look on the seals face with those whiskers in full and the texture and roughness of the water. I think he's teasing the seagulls

Seagulls can be very mean when it comes to mammals in the ocean. They know they have to come up for air and when they do those pesky gulls can bite a plug out of those guys especially mammals that can't defend themselves much. Seals have some advantage but I have seen the gulls steal the food from a pup. This is a really good natural shot of the life of marine animals. Way to go Jeff.

Life's moments are sweet. I just want to capture all that I can of them.
