f/5.6 @ 1/160s ISO 1600 So how many exposures does it take to capture a free-hanging morning glory, handheld, on a breezy morning brightened by coffee jitters and pollen allergies? Yeah. So then I took what was left of my memory card and went and shot mushrooms because they were behaving and knew I'd stomp 'em if they didn't. People tell me photography is a relaxing hobby. I have not noticed that.

Sensational work here Leslie. A true delight to the eyes. So much so it carries with it soothing to the soul....

Looks like the flower is glowing and shinning a beautiful light. Love how the flower is on it's own. Another fantastic and an amazing photo from you.

A superb example of you technique giving a very different view of flowers. I can understand the frustration, plants move more than animals sometimes, especially when you are close up. I can understand the need for the high ISO, but I feel that it does just add a little noise that reduces the magic when the image is enlarged, not a lot, but enough to be noticeable, which is a shame, because the flower does glow when you look at it first. Stunning composition.

Really like the "black on black" here and the curvilinear form of the morning glory's stem.

Really well done.
