I like the taste of these mild turkisch peppers. Love to fill them with rice or bulghur, spices and cheese.

Great contrast with these smooth peppers on the textured rocks! It enhances their color naturally. What is bulghur? lool...other than that, your recipe sounds delicious! Thanks you :~)

Isn't bulghur a type of grain, like wheat ??? Anyhow, love this image. I really like that bright red against the gray rocks, & like Mimi says too, the smoothness of the peppers contrasting against the rough texture of the stones. This really works on more than 1 level. Nice job !

I like the idea of this picture. It looks kinda neat with the peppers and the rocks. I think maybe just a bit more editing to the picture could of looked much better but overall great job!

It is definitely an interesting idea! The textures are definitely contrasting which makes for the shot. I might have tried different backgrounds and angles to find the perfect shot. Keep working... it's getting there!

This is very lovely. The rich red just pops out at me! Bulgar is a type of grain yes, I've used it as a salad dish, or the same as rice, even as a breakfast. But it is great when you fill peppers etc with it. Its kind of nutty tasting, a bit like natural brown rice. Its very yummy.
