Hike out into the wilds and bring home a real waterfall ... this one looks alittle too man-made for my nature-boy instincts ... .. ;o) ..
When it comes to 'waterfalls' .. some prefer the water to be captured still with a fast shutter speed (they consider this more natural) .. I prefer a slow shutter speed to portray a heavier RUSH of water. You should experiment with both, if you haven't already, and find what you like
now... as far as this being the home of a beaver .. prove it .. show me the rascally varmit
I've taken a look at your other photos and I do not believe it is one of your best, I particularly like autumn and old hinge. I do not see this as being a home for a beaver unless his home is at a zoo. However, I do on the other hand enjoy the picture as in such the way you captured the direction of the water flow perfectly. In short, great picture, wrong name. Keep up the great photos.
