Alive. Though by all visual cues a winter Larch looks like its been dead for years. In the summer, alive and vibrant much like a Spruce of a Pine ....in the winter ...more like last years Christmas tree.

Hi Rob..I had not seen this photo of yours before..it's just totally awesome. Such beauty in this black and white, and you chose the perfect framing to bring out all the beauty. This photos has been circulating a long time it seems. I see Fotobob even commented, and he's not around anymore. I sure miss him.
