I like the dark reflecting stream which splits the snow. Its almost like a picture in itself taken by nature.

For a second there, your picture looked like the river not to far from my house.

now that IS a winter scene
lovely shot well framed and composed
the fallen log is a great eye trap
the black of the slowly moving water is stunning

Well, # 3 got me wondering what I missed so here I am also enjoying # 2...very striking with that black, cold water in contrast to the whiteness of the snow...great shot.:Pat.
