It's the thing, not the finger of course! ;-) My son, Nima, found this little lizard by the pool side. It must have shed its first skin/scale (notice the remnant of the old skin on the tail). We released the little creature in the shade of the shrubs around the pool, safe and sound!

To me your son is very brave to hold it on his finger... I'm not all to fond to feel their tiny claws on my skin...
