What a beauty this is. Great angle and composition.
The sky is fantastic, and the clarity is perfect. That's some building. Why are all those people just sitting around that pool. Are they afraid of the water? LOL.

I'd rather be here, than where I'm at
You seem to have an artists eye, catching a fantastic angle for this shot. Elegant architecture, with amazing statues decorating the building, is an eye catcher. The people make this scene all the more interesting - the modern triangle thingy just doesn't fit with the old Louvre, but this is a fascinating view and you and your camera have a winner here :^>
