Papal Palace, Avignon, France. For a few hundred years there were two papacy establishments: one in Rome and one in Avignon. The two were bitter enemies each side excommunicating the other pope and his followers! Finally, Rome won. This pic shows the once flourishing papal palace in Avignon; quite a sight to see! Wow...look at all the textures in the bricks of that structure. Fantastic. I really like this shot, Bram. Did the Knights Of The Round Table meet there? Probably not.

This is a really good capture of this piece of architecture Bram. You can just imagine the Princess sitting up in one of those rooms below those parapets! Well done!
