Lovely atmospheric shot showing the heights and depths of London. I think perhaps the bright green neon thingy towards the bottom left could have been edited out (darkened) as it is a bit distracting, but otherwise this is a very fine shot.

I am in love with the refractive effect of light on subjects. You have captured this one exquisitely. The modernity (neon signs, etc) adds a raw effect to the overall picture and gives the viewer a seat to your world.
