The branches seem to blend into infinity as they reach the resolution of the image. Not my dog, but right on cue. Garry Oak meadows were once widespread - "Victoria was originally known by the Lekwammen as Camosun or 'place to gather camas.' " (quote from pacifichorticulture.org).

Amazing shot and this sure is a mighty oak, whoever the dog belongs to he's beautiful but also adds to this outstanding image and I would like to see this wonderful place to see in person.
