This was a late-August sunset taken at Lake Nokomis, in Minneapolis, after the sun had dropped below the horizon.

Somehow I didn't comment on this earlier: I like this image, but I wish that there were a bit more reflection seen down at the bottom; I think that it would have balanced the land better; the way it is now is a bit unsettling: the little dark orange peeps of reflection entice the eye down to see more, but because the image ends there, the observer is frustrated, and is forced back upwards.
