This is the building at the back of the Trevi Fountain in Rome - I couldn't resist the analogousness of the scene to provide the title.

Drats! I missed a trick here as like most tourists i did not walk around the back! Look what i have missed! Perfect composition that is just iced perfectly with the girl in the window! I love the title, it is perfect if not quite the right city! Nice framing too! Lovely shot!

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom i trust". Psalm 91: 1 and 2

Sheer awesomeness. Did you do any post pro to get the glow/sheen quality on the dominant upright pillar bits? Or was that simply in the scene at the time? This is magisterial architecture shot with a quality of massive scale that is not cold because of both the warmth of the light and tones and the human element you've captured. I'm rapidly forming the opinion that you have the best "urban eyes" on Caedes, the consistency of your urban shots is freakishly good.

It is not "The powerful attack the weak." it is "The fearful attack what they fear."
