The picture was taken at Helsinki, Finland. You can see the Cathedral located at the Senate Place at a very cold evening in October 2007. The Cathedral is the symbol of the city and was designed by the german Carl Ludwig Engel.

An interesting picture and a very nice nigthttime exposure, but I think you should crop off that distracting yellow curb line at the bottom.

I didn't notice the curb until you brought it up, good suggestion though.
What drew my eye was the statue in the square before the Cathedral and he crisp blue sky outlining the church. Excellent work :)
