It's condensation from the very rapid (adiabatic) expansion of the air which cools it and causes the condensation.

F-18. Nice job. What the Blue Angels fly. : ) An F-22 is fatter. it has a bigger fuselage. Nice picture. The vapor coming off the wings is spectacular!
