Marigolds are always a part of my garden. They're so bright and cheery and are easy to see...plus they keep certain bugs away from my tomato plants.. Technically on this photo, I think that the focus is a little too soft for the upload, but depending on the situation that observation is purely subjective. :)PJ

First thing that struck me?
Rotate your canvas 180 degrees counter-clockwise.
The area in the bottom right hand side ... as it sits now with your image ... draws the viewer's eyes down.
Takes that 'something something' away from your focal subject. Just a thought, a suggestion.
I do like the way you have offset the main bloom and maintained a great visual plane with it's counterpart in the background. Nice work there.
Good clarity ... a tad sharper focus would elevate your photo in my humble opinion (tripod, maybe? given the lighting conditions). Colours are rich and natural.

Thanks For the constructive comments I welcome more. Yes I should have used a tripod I notice the focus if off. Never leave home without tripod...Never leave home without tripod...Never leave home without tripod...
