Let us start renovation and legal works to make it ours - I am willing to let you have a half providing there is enough space for my Boris the Tiger.
Exactly I mean - you start the legal investigations and I come with my renovating [but renovating in a special most careful manner to retain all the historic value] team. How about that ?
