I like these solitary captures and you have caught a certain mood in this one. To me it depicts this birds last attempt to find food before the sun finally goes down at the end of the day! Well done!

I really like the gray on gray tones of this photo. The laws of thirds is nicely applied here with the two waves and the sand. Well done.
