I think you have captured the serenity very well, but if I was being hyper critical the wood coming out of the water perhaps wouldn't be so distracting if there wasn't so much sky in the reflection.

I must agree, the wood coming out of the water is a bit distracting, although i absolutly love the reflection of the sky. Great shot!

this is a wonder picture. The reflection is awesome; and what still water! seems like there is rain about to come in also.

Wow, on closer inspection, there are a lot of logs under the water! My critique would be to focus on that just a bit more along with the reflection of the sky and oh boy, you got a great work on your hands! Thanks for sharing.

I like the reflection, but I too think that there is a bit too much of the water reflecting and not enough sky showing. Also, its good to make sure the horizon line...here the water line, is straight.I do like how well you captured the clouds...If you cropped the photo just below where that log is sticking out, then the pretty clouds would show above the lake, instead of in it....just a suggestion tho...Verena

I like your angle and the trees reflecting on the water -
yes a wee bit more focus - but you did capture the mood of tranquility.
