Hi Tracy. I know that you know that I'm not going to put that big BUG on my desktop for use but I sure am going to give you top votes for the creative genius that went into this creation! Once again, excellent work!! ;)
Tracy, I'm back after six weeks on the road with my wife, two cats, and Grandpa....left all but my wife in San Jose and took off for Germany then off to Canada....Exhausted...then I see this very interesting piece. TKW and I both like it a lot we were discussing it. We're really very impressed with your flexability and vision. this is a ten from me.
-P-
Peter!! :D Nice to have you back my friend! I've been waiting! Thanks so much for your comment - nice to know that I'm being discussed by the likes of you and TKW - you know how I respect you both. ; ) Thanks for the 10!
whew - "one of the coolest images on this site" - wow - thanks MissM. : )
Hey Tony! Yes, this is a different look for me compared to the work I was doing. I enjoy this much more. thanks for looking and commenting. ; )
OMG Tracy there is flaw after flaw after flaw in this one let me show you first one is um in um the um that um thing! yea...................... ...........................
Technically this is very good.İ personally like it very much;the alignment,Blending colour scheme is almost perfect...And there is one thing i would like to know, whatis the meaning of this image?Maybe TIME FLYS BY simply ?
Great work,... and into my favs :)
Very professional and thanks for highlighting that site, it could come in very handy. Just wondering, was putting the fly with the clock related to the fact that they only have very limited lifespans (in some cases I think one day)? I thought that was very poignant.
: ) I have had a lot of ppl that have asked what this means exactly. Everyone has a different view...which, I love to hear. I like to know that everyone has a different view. Mine is somewhat different. And, while I generally do not like to give what I see or meant while creating this image I have had ppl ask - so, I will share my thoughts. This is set in a subway - fast paced environment - the fly, (I love that little guy) depicts death. the clock - obviously time. Dont know if you guys have heard of a fly as being referred to as "little black angels to take us away" - morbid, I know...but, that's me. : ) So, basically - simply put - this depicts death and the little time that we have left here and how everyone needs to just slow down a bit. So, yes Samatar and Cem - in a sense you guys are correct. : )
It's all been said, but none the less i have to say im seriously impressed with this one..photomanip's are such great fun.. and its so clear to me that you are seriously enjoying your self with them...:D keep it up, it's so very good!
very tasty, is quite happily in my desktop :~), for some reason.....(the left to right norms really)i feel like the fly should be on the right, i cant just flip it coz the roman numerals would be wrong, but its nevertheless on my screen now :~) muchos gracias
I like the idea and work as a whole, but I think the "subwayness" is lost, and with it some of the "motion." The rigid hands and numerals distract me from the curves in the wall, and the bit of platform is overpowered by the you know what.
