This is a shot I took at an abandoned asylum called Letchworth Village in Haverstraw, New York. It was a rainy sunny day, and there was water all over the facility. The scan isnt the greatest, but this was taken with a 35mm SLR, Canon EOS.

I'm a big fan of decay, and of being a little sneaky to get a shot of it. Your scan lines and grain actually work in favor of your subject here and the fact that you didn't put the subject (windows and reflection) dead center shows composition. Welcome

Good shot!! I'm always looking to get images like that, but always prefer other peoples efforts. The colour/tone balance makes for the right impression on the scene.
