looks to me like terragen, looks like it if it isnt.. although bryce is easy the best landscape program in my opinion :) nice pic anyway i have a few similar to this

they should have asked you to do the sunrise scene in "The Matrix"--you know--the one with way too much green and blue after Neo died. you pretty much rock.
