Very nice, and too look at this you would not know of the battle fought there so long ago. What really grabs my attention is the cast of light on the buildings, this seems pin sharp,and overall a well captured, and edited image. tigs=^..^=

Has a sombre feel about it.

I have read up on that Bunker Hill battle!....

Those buildings seems to be more of a small township!..instead of a horrific battle scene!...

Americans in battle isn't a new concept hey Tom, I like the lighting here and you've kept a vast expanse of lawn, which I believe you intended.

Never would have guessed this was a battle site. Great lighting on the wonderful Bostonian architecture. I've always wanted to see this battle ground, but could never talk my late hubby into taking me to Boston. Too much traffic, he said! So, thanks so much for posting this! I'd love to see other historical scenes in the area...

It looks like the area surrounding the monument has been cleaned up since the time I was there (quite a few years ago).

Gorgeous composition - those beautiful brownstones as those homes are called are wonderful and so well kept
