This is a friend of mine who lets me do portraits of her. She wanted some pictures that would show off her tattoos. So, to show them off even more, I pulled just the tattoos out and left the rest black and white! It's almost classic! I loved this myself!

This is a great fusion of photography and post production technique. I like the pose of your model, that adds emphasize the shoulder tatoo. Just all round neat!

My pictures
You did a wonderful job of showcasing her art. I like the fact you showed color not just in the tattoos, but also her hair, nails, lips and eyeshadow. I think that helped to keep a balance with the black & white effect. I concur with .J_E_F, the model's pose is perfect, especially with the angle you used.
