Oh I LOVE this one. There is a lot to look at, and your treatment of the foreground is very nice. The moored boats add interest and the WW bridge is beautiful just in itself. Nice sweeping lines...low left to the right and then from the right taking off straight left. Nice sky also. I might have liked the entire thing a little better if it were just a bit brighter, but that is only a nitpick.
