thank you all!!! :D YOU have to thank the coincidence of that guy and me having my camera with me. somebody once told me, that i would never be a good photographer, because i would be too slow taking out my cam... but at least here i was on time. (but the guy who told me that was right: in alaska, there was a huge brown bear crossing the street, and my camera was at the very bottom of my bag...;-)

Excellent snag here. You captured mood with lighting that can be problematic, yet you still were able to get the dusk through the trees in the background, bring empathy from the fellow sitting in the chair, the brilliant colors of the machine used to entice the customers. Good work.

I'll tell you what...this is a fantastic shot. don't know that I would want it as wallpaper but it is still a fantastic shot. The capture of the colors in the merry go round are beautiful The title you gave the compsotion is perfect. The whole thing carrys a potent message, "Anything that man can build will never satisfy." This is just a plain ole keeper, to be able to whip it out to some novice and say, "Look, this is how you take a picture."

OK, one more thing...get busy and post some more pictures. And by the way, welcome to Cades and I do hope we see a lot of you and your work.
