Hello, Not Wziggio...This looks like a contestant in the door contest. This brings back memories of growing up in Illinois and visiting historic places like Salem and Nauvoo.
I like your photo and gave it a 6 in the VB. It doesn't have much of a "wow" factor, but it's a good study of an old cabin. I like the light and dark contrasting and the look of the horizontal and vertical wood.
I always try to guess how I might have improved the shots when I write comments. I'm not sure what could have been done to improve it. Perhaps a shot from 100 meters back and hopefully a lake or the Himalayas in the background. :-)
