Here is the church of the Ghost Town of Keota, CO. This little church was abandonded in the mid 1940's. There are only a few buildings left in this ghost town of NE Colorado. I'm pretty sure this town is located on the Pawnee National Grasslands. I would recommend coming to this place!

Wow - How desolate is this? Its quite thought provoking. I can almost hear the voices of the congregation as I looked at the enlarged shot. Well Done.

Wow, Michael, this is quite a capture. The color contrast & detail in this photo are great. Looks a bit lonely on the prairie though! :)...your history lesson gets an A+ & your photo a 10/10 & in my fav's in my HD. Thank you.

this is a great image. i bet this church was very busy befor it became a goast town. its a rustic looking building. bet this is where the saying (give me that old time religon) came from. because this is an old time church. i like the image very much. yes in my favorts.
