Very nice ...the swirl looks good. i like the b&w look here as well. (maybe a little more contrast or shadow definition would be nice .)

I really like black and white photos, but I don't think it's appropriate for this one. It all sort of looks washed out. When I see a rose, I want to really see it. There is so much beauty in a rose, it should be shown in full blooming color.
