I think you have done a really good job trying to balance the sunlight. Obviously the thing you want to capture was directly in the line of the sun and unfortunately its not something you can plan! It is a little glaring but the compsition is good and the subject matter is lovely. When looking at the picture the glare of the sun almost seems to spotlight the statue. Good job in difficult conditions i would say :)

The sun is a problem. The bottom part of the fountain with the angels and the sprays of jeweled water are remarkable.
