I wish I was close enough to get the stick out of the picture, however, I did not get the chance to. I plan to visit this site again soon. At that time, I will attempt to shoot this again without sticks. I am pleased with how smooth the water looks flowing over the rocks. I didn't want a choppy appearance. There are few things I will do differently next time but I enjoy having this picture and wanted to share this with the community! I appreciate your opinions and suggestions.

Andy - I assume you photographed the falls on a cloudy day and / or you used some filters, neutral density or polarizing, as there is no blowout in the silky water. With five sticks at the edge of the falls, I'm not sure you can do much, unless choosing to clone them out in post-photo work. There is nice clarity on the water above the falls, with the rocks visible, and smooth, yet not overdone, silky water. Thad
