Hi, this is kind of neat. I'm not sure what you were going for here, but personally, the actual stream part of the image doesn't do much for me.
The water flow is so abstract that it seems out of place with the rocks (if that makes any sense - just my perception). I think it would be cool to manipulate the image to make the flow stand out more and dominate the image.
The part I like the best is the texture on the rocks. If the rocks were the main feature of the image, I'd say it could use more contrast. But if you were going for something very abstract, then maybe not.

Hi Yuri, If you were hand holding the camera, you are steady as those rocks, as you had to be using a very slow shutter speed to get such water flow effect.
The rocks are very detailed and interesting, but I found the extreme highlights in the water, much too distracting, for such a close up shot. In other words, the highlights were fighting for dominence of the scene.
It must have had brilliant light on it, and because of the very slow shutter it was even more dispersed in those white areas.
A very difficult situation to control. Practically impossible.
Best solution in these circumstances is to do a series of manual exposures, higher and lower than the camera indicated one,(called bracketing). Another suggestion, if it doesn't ruin your composition, would be to back off and include a bit more of the scene. This could reduce the dominence of the overexposed water highlights, and you could still crop or clone
out any objectionable subjects. I'm fairly sure there is no salvageable detail in those extreme highlight areas, and adjusting the Gamma would only darken the rocks too much.
Another possibility, would be to very carefully clone some some of the lightly detailed rushing water, into the overexposed areas. It's still an exciting shot, and a good subject to attempt some correction in those overexposed areas. Then a slight Gamma reduction, and a click of contrast.
Definitely worth a try. Top marks for initiative.

Really nice image, like the colours and how it seems to flow.
