Spring in Minnesota is always a welcome sight. This is my first post on Caedes so I would really appreciate any feedback, thanks!

Wow. You sweet 16. Great. Glad to see you in photography . Stick with that instead of what teenagers get into nowadays.
Well let's see what we have here. I like the pretty green color of the plants. Your photo also has some depth of field (distance) in it. Shooting close up however, is one of the more difficult things to do in photography. Try shooting general landscape and here is rule that is frequently broken. Whatever the center of attention is in your photo, let's say a tree, don't place it dead center in your photo. Are you aware that you obeyed that rule in your photo here? The largest part of the plant that first draws the eye to it is offset to the right. That's good. Your off to a good start. Post some more pictures for us to look at and try working with general landscape for awhile. You did good.
