Found this view while driving along the coast of northern California as we stopped to walk out on this peninsula.

Took a quick look through your gallery ... some very nice compositions. :o)
Great contrasts in both colour and textures captured. The sky really pops and I am curious if you used a filter or was that done in post-sweetening?
This would be stunning in landmark orientation. It appears to me that you have a number of interesting focal points that compete with one another slightly. The small island/rock formation is incredible on it's own.
The one minor consideration, at least for me, is the area of open water. For some reason ... it leaves the photo unfinished in my mind.
Kind of perplexed. I want to like this one that much more. The colours really are vibrant and rich ... nicely composed with a few caveats ... hmm ... wanting more? That is a good thing in my books.
From your first few posts ... I can definitely say I look forward to seeing more work from behind your lens. :o)
