This is a fine waterfall and a great one to photo at this angle.The people give it scale for sure , but personally ,I would prefer this image without the people in it.Again , you have a great image here either way ,Tom

Exposure is pretty good, only tiny bits of blown water at top and bottom of falls and not enough to be a real problem. Cloning out the swimmers would be easy and a big improvement. As a "vertical landscape" the comp is excellent, the waterfall dominates the image without being cramped by the top and bottom edges. This shot might benefit from a digital diffusion filter to make the whole thing soft and groovy.
