My own photo of the view just outside Queen St station in Glasgow. This is currently my desktop :)

Pictures of buildings are not usually "my thing", but this shot really caught my eye. The angle of the shot, and the resulting perspective of the buildings, is very well done.

Welcome to the site, fellow-newbie. =)

Welcome to the site Alzco.
It is rare to see blue sky in Scotland ;-)
One critic: the building on the left is too present. You could have improved your positioning and better showed the metallic staircase on bottom of blue sky.
But it's only my opinion :-)

The blue sky wasn't airbrushed in ;)

A very crisp clear shot. I love the way it fits on my desktop, I have a calender in the topright corner and it looks great in that blue "triangle"...

PS what is that squiggly line behind the mesh on the staircase? It looks like barbed wire but I'm sure it wouldn't be...

Pierre, I originally took the shot in portrait view, so the 2 buildings had equal exposure, but I knew it looked good and wanted a landscape one as well. Thought this would fit better on desktops, although you are correct :)
Sam, I think the squiggles used to be barbed wire and now they're just kinda wire.

Just for once I wish someone would call me sir without adding, you're making a scene.
