I agree that the lighting and colors are fantastic, and you also managed to capture the details clearly.
But I think the cityscape shouldn't split the sky and the water right in the middle; also get rid of the rocks in the corner, they distract the focus of the photo which is the cityscape.

This is a really cool photo! I love the water, the few stones in the left foreground, and how wide your capture of Seattle is. Really the only criticism I have is the fuzziness of the city. This is not the result, I think, of shaking the camera, but rather letting in a bit too much light. The city lights blur out the city a bit. Perhaps a bit shorter exposure, and you'd have perfection!

CJ: I agree that the image is somewhat fuzzy. These are my first night shots of anything so the tip is very welcome.
