Got this around 8am before the moon made it's way to the other side of the world! Moments later it slipped behind the clouds and was gone.

Good capture and I suspect you were aiming to get the moon dead centre of the image (which works with the title). However, you have more sky and trees than moon, so the moon is lost in its surroundings.

This is really good. I love the snow on the trees, and the moon disappearing in the clouds. Excellent shot.

I know what you mean about the moon. Its a case of "now you see me, now you dont" !!! Brilliantly caught and I like how you have incorporated the trees into the shot too. Well done!
