The thing that makes this a good picture is it's content. It has lots to look at.

Wonderful. I love night shot. One thing is that you could use a wide aperture instead of slow shutter. The result would be too shiny on the lamp. Try experimenting with narrow aperture and slow shutter. That'll make the light source 'Spiky'
