That's lovely, but I suggest to enhance the colors to eliminate that fog due to clouds.

I love those snow covered mountains! I must say that the last time I was in Cluj was 25 years ago, and it is a beautiful city!

Itīs a lovely view and the composition is very nice. I do agree with Ed about the mist though. A little more contrast and some color enhancement would make this lovely view even better.
